Previews
For a rebuild, we build a private preview of your website before you pay. It isn't shown to search engines and isn't shared. If you say no, we delete it. A New Build starts once the brief is accepted and the R5,000 deposit is paid; you get a preview and one feedback round before the R5,000 balance and launch.
Scope
A rebuild is like-for-like: every page your current website has, rebuilt with the features listed on the prices page. Anything new (for example an online shop or a booking calendar) is an add-on or a separate quote.
Payment
Everything is paid upfront, once. No monthly fees, no contract, no hosting fees to us. Running costs (your domain, optional AI assistant) are paid by you directly to those providers, with spending caps you set.
Timing
We work in a few working days from the go-ahead. We don't promise a fixed number of hours or a launch date unless you buy the Express add-on (live within 48 hours).
Your content
You confirm you have the right to use the text, photos and logos you give us, or that are on your current website. We use them only to build your website.
This website and copyright
The design, text, code, 3D visuals, sounds and the Brief Pack on maklada.co.za are made by Maklada and protected by copyright. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them for another website or product without our written permission.
This does not change the Keys Pledge: the website we build for you, with its code, domain and logins, is yours.
Website X-ray and the assistant
The X-ray is a free, automated indication, not a guarantee. The assistant gives general information from this website only; an estimate is not a quote, and nothing it says is legal or financial advice.
Liability
We build carefully, but we can't promise search rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
